Oak tables and armoires bump up against white milk-painted Gustavian Swedish pieces, pottery and huge copper pots from Istanbul, and old butcher tables and industrial lockers from France. Antiquaire’s inventory is constantly changing with the arrival of huge containers from Europe, and ranges from 17th century French country and Italian mid-century modern to funky French industrial. Edelman shares her passions of all things French with her international clientele whom she loves to indulge. Antiquaire’s in-house full-service design team has professionally arranged their Exquisite European Antiques throughout the entire Gutnayer Showhouse and demonstrate the synergy of old and new in decorating and design. First and foremost, every Carlisle floor is custom—literally created one board at a time, tailored for each specific customer, by skilled New England craftsmen. As such it is an authentic representation of an American folk art—a family heirloom to be treasured for generations. Secondly, we are a family operation, started in the early 1960s by Dale Carlisle, who made floors by first making friends. Now run by Dale's son Don, we remain that way today. In fact, we think of our customers as part of our extended family—a family that also includes small, local sawmills and sawyers who share our commitment to quality, plus second and third generation foresters who share our ideals in preserving the environment. |

| Dvorak's Creation, Inc. manufactured and installed all of the custom cabinetry. One area of the house that was highly focused on was the kitchen and butler pantry. This astonishing kitchen has a custom painted finish with subtle brush strokes to add to its character. Our craftsmanship is also featured in the master bathroom vanities and mirrors. The master bathroom consists of custom stepped doors and drawer fronts that are sure to catch anyone’s eye. The study was done in Quarter Sawn White Oak, with columns, wainscoting, and a custom finish that makes it stand out and look very rich.
