Country Classics of Tampa, a long-established Master Club dealer for Wood-Mode Fine Custom Cabinetry, applied both artistic vision and technical talent to the cabinetry design of the kitchen, butler’s pantry, family room, master bath, juice bar, laundry room and three additional baths of the Boss & Mennie Pediatric Cancer Foundation show house. The pool design complements the architecture and style of the home while utilizing tropical landscaping and materials that belong in our Florida environment. The look and feel is that of a tropical island resort. The swim-up bar helps create the feel of a vacation resort, while the pool, decking, rock work and landscaping keeps it in a tropical setting. The large sun shelf creates a step-way into the covered area using stone, waterfalls and natural finishes to create a grotto feeling. This pool truly has all the bells and whistles. Eco-friendly equipment it utilized where it was available. Our standard "Rivenergy" circulation system uses up to 50% less energy than most other pools and the use of electolysis and ozone makes the sanitizing easy to maintain.

The Kolbe & Kolbe patio doors were used with a special space saving, bi-folding design by Centor. The interior doors were custom-made by Holzkraft Doors with a unique, pre-finished stain, giving them a rich, old world look. All of the mouldings were manufactured right here at Stairparts & Millwork Unlimited, Inc. We custom-made all the fine architectural millworks for this home. Using all of the benchmark quality standards has made us an industry leader in the Tampa Bay area for the last 20 years. |

Onyx, made of translucent layers of quartz crystals, is a stunning semiprecious material adding luster to any space. The origin of glass tile dates back to the second century. Its unmatched qualities of versatility, iridescence, and variety will guarantee its place in art and design for years to come.
Marble adds elegance to any living space. Each cut of marble is entirely unique. This creates a distinct quality and appearance. Marble has been featured in the finest of buildings throughout history, including the Great Pyramids.

Stephan Alpert, known to the television audiences as "The Master of Home Décor" is delighted to be a part of this very special event. Having lived in Europe for thiry years, he feels right at home at 332 Blanca, Davis Island. He has created a décor that highlights the beauty and function of the house, while remaining sensitive to it's architectural integrity. His concept for the interiors was inspired by the grand homes of Spain and the south of France, where he also did the decor for several sumptuous yachts.
