DESIGNER SPOTLIGHT
Lot #18 features a Contemporary Rustic home with an elegant stature overlooking the main drive and pond at Lost Run Farms. Our design approach was to harmonize the expansive interior, architecture and the beauty of the landscape while creating warmth throughout.
There are many architectural features that envelope this home but none more so than the grand stone and wood columns along with the expansive views. The main floor living area exudes continuity with particular attention to the flow of the space and use of color. The balance and definition of each room is shown by the scale and placement of furnishings and lighting. The windows are highlighted with elegant treatments to accent the magnificent landscape.
The lower level is about entertaining with all the details! From the stone wine cellar to the cozy theatre room, the color and layers of leathers and fabrics create the synergy. The openness is noted but yet there still is a cozy place to sit by the fire.
