Fairview IV is a joint venture between Mark Dale, owner of Carriage Homes, Inc.—a high-end, custom home building company that has been in business for 64 years—and Mark Gautreaux, the developer of Fairview Farm and other area neighborhoods.

Fairview IV’s project is The Abbey at Fairview Farm. It consists of 34 upscale, downsized single family homes. It lies fully within the gated community of Fairview Farm on the northwest corner of 150th and N. Western. The mission is to create a more manageable living experience for those accustomed to a high-end home. The quality and amenities mimic those in Fairview Farm, one of Oklahoma City's most prestigious new neighborhoods, but without the hassle of landscape maintenance.
