Variety Care Foundation

Variety Care clinics serve hardworking Oklahoma families with limited income. The family focused community health centers provide medical, dental, vision, pediatric and pre natal services as well as mental health counseling to Oklahoma’s most vulnerable people. With over 650,000 uninsured Oklahomans who lack even basic health insurance coverage, Variety Care clinics delivered health services to 50,000 individuals in 2011 at our 13 sites in central and western Oklahoma. Variety Care Foundation provides philanthropic support and promotes public awareness for Variety Care to make health care affordable and accessible.

Contributions make it possible for expectant mothers like Mary to receive pre natal care and improve the chances of a healthy start for the baby. Children like Jennifer can receive primary medical care, vision and dental service all in the same location, and youngsters like Thomas will learn how to make healthy food choices and that exercise is important for growing up strong. Behavioral health counseling helps families like Mark’s deal with the stress when everyday life becomes overwhelming.
