Fairview IV is a joint venture between Mark Dale, owner of Carriage Homes, Inc.—a high-end, custom home building company that has been in business for 64 years—and Mark Gautreaux, the developer of Fairview Farm and other area neighborhoods.
Fairview IV’s project is The Abbey at Fairview Farm. It consists of 34 upscale, downsized single family homes. It lies fully within the gated community of Fairview Farm on the northwest corner of 150th and N. Western.
