Specializing in building custom homes and luxury additions, Steve Fuqua Homes is proud of its long list of VIP clients. Constructing only eight to fifteen projects per year, Steve Fuqua Homes focuses on quality, rather than quantity.
The Steve Fuqua Homes Scratch Building Process is an incredibly exciting experience where you can let your creative energy run free. We sit down and draw out your custom home plans with you, enabling you to explore, review, and refine features in the design stage.
- Initial Meeting: To begin the Scratch Building Process by learning about your lifestyle. What have you always wanted?
- Evaluation: We work with you to evaluate assets and potential obstacles of your site including views, access, landscaping, solar orientation and energy considerations.
- Getting Creative: We sit with you and draw out your spaces room-by-room from scratch to fit your unique and refined tastes.
- Design & Refine: We create the architectural plans and begin the refining process. Interior design elements are selected.
- Building the Home: We build your brand new custom home with elegant, time-tested processes. Our teams work with meticulous care to perfect every aspect of construction.
